The thinking behind CyberNest

Hands-on experience.
A personal commitment.

Technology works best when someone understands both the components and the person using them.

Meet the founder

Debopriyo Das

CyberNest brings together my experience in enterprise infrastructure, business networks, hardware and technical support.

That experience shapes how we approach a project: ask the right questions, understand the constraints and make the pieces work together. CyberNest is being built around that same hands-on approach.

Our IT and studio work focuses locally, with web and software projects open to international clients. Scope, communication and support expectations are agreed before work begins.

What you can expect.

Advice around your needs.

We consider existing equipment, workload and future changes before suggesting a new setup.

A clear scope.

Hardware, software licences, specialist work and ongoing support are discussed as distinct parts of the project.

A useful handover.

Documentation and a walkthrough help you understand what has been delivered and how to use it.

How we work with you.

One technical conversation can connect several parts of a project.

Experience across the whole setup

CyberNest is founded on hands-on work with enterprise servers, open-source systems, repairs and hardware sourcing. That range helps us investigate how the workstation, network, application and storage affect one another.

An assessment before a recommendation

We ask about users, applications, existing equipment, location and the problems you need solved. A useful recommendation explains the trade-offs and identifies what can be reused.

A scope you can review

The proposal describes deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance checks. Hardware condition, licences, account ownership and ongoing support are clarified before delivery.

A relationship after handover

We discuss how you will operate the setup, make changes and request help. Support availability and any ongoing arrangement are agreed for your project rather than assumed.

A conversation is a good place to start
